Dr. Craig's practice was a pleasant experience! Octavia was so warm and friendly, which I appreciated as a new patient. The office was clean and I barely had a wait time. My dentist was great as well. I never had such a thorough cleaning. She was an older woman, though I can not remember her name! It was also a great personal touch, that Dr. Craig came in to introduce himself and personally see my teeth! This practice comes highly recommended, great first impression.

Dr.smith is super friendly. Amazing energy. The staff is amazing as well. No long waiting. Fast appointments. Very clean. Its just a great vibe when you go in there. I mean you have to go there to witnesses for yourself. At first I was nervous but now I love it there. Great job.

As always, upon entering the office, the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Also, Dr. Smith always makes a point to engage patients in non-dental related conversation. I think it is these personal touches along with the great dental car care I have received over the years that have led me to stay with Dr. Smith and his staff for over 20 years. Last, I can not say enough about the person who cleaned my teeth on 01/31/22. It was abundantly clear that she knew what she was doing, was thorough and clearly loved the work that she performed. Thank you all for the great visit and great care once again!

Great communication and nice staff Dr Smith make u feel like family

I had a dental emergency and called this Practice out of a bunch of other practices. From the moment the receptionist answered the phone I knew this is the place I want to get treated. When I entered the office it was like coming home.

My visits have been very good with Dr Craig and his staff. Only slight concern was that temporaries on my 2 front teeth (while I awaited caps) were done with haste and too much filler. At first there was a slight space, when I asked that the space be filled in It was not so neat. I realise temporaries are to be worn for only a short time, but due to circumstances, I had to wear my longer. As a result I had a slight lisp for the duration of the temporaries.

Everything and everyone as usual were great, but the dental hygienist is a little rough I told her she was too rough, and she seemed to be a little gentler. So, all in all everything was fine.

Great customer service at every visit. The staff always makes your feel welcome and projects a positive attitude. I enjoy going to the Greenbelt office.

Dr. Craig Smith is great always on time does great work on you with very little pain. The staff is excellent and so pleasant and professional.

Dr. Craig and his staff were extremely professional and courteous. From the time that I arrived, I was warmly greeted and soon after taken to the back room where my tooth extractions were performed. I was very pleased at the services I received and would definitely recommend this dental practice to my friends and family.

I was seen almost immediately and the staff, as usual, is always friendly and efficient. I really appreciated Dr. Smith's gentleness during my examination because I was already in pain and was fearful of him possibly aggravating my discomfort. I am following up with his recommendations for treatment. The Periodontist Dr. Smith referred me to does not take insurance so I might possibly call back for the name of a clinician who might participate in my plan.
